Professor Peter Abrahams has taught medicine and anatomy in various international institutions, including the University of London, the University of Middlesex and the University of Cambridge, and the University of Iowa in the United States. He has also lectured in countries such as Egypt, Israel and Ghana and worked for the World Health Organization. He has written and edited many books, including Clinical Anatomy of Practical Procedures (1975), An Atlas of Normal Radiological Anatomy (1978), Essentials of Clinical Anatomy (1986) and An Imaging Atlas of Human Anatomy (1992).
